My approach is grounded in helping people navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges with care, curiosity, and depth. I often work with individuals managing complex personal and professional lives, as well as those who appear outwardly successful yet find themselves wrestling with questions of purpose, identity, or connection. My work draws from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, attachment-based approaches, psychoanalysis, and interpersonal psychotherapy, allowing me to tailor the process to your needs and pace. I aim to balance deeper exploration with practical tools that support greater self-awareness, grounding, and connection. Above all, I strive to create a space that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and human. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been hard, move toward the changes you want to make, and hopefully share a few laughs along the way. I also believe therapy should be accessible, which is why I offer a sliding scale for those who need it. I work and receive supervision at The Private Practice of Eilon Shomron-Atar, Ph.D. and look forward to connecting.
